How long does it take "Preparing for pickup" status takes on my S26U order?

Whilst some agents are very polite, I encountered one that didn't introduce himself/herself and was very unprofessional.

Got it today the phone, but no clear case delivered. I contacted support and they mentioned out of stock and will be start shipping from March 23rd.

Ohh, I see you have ordered Samsung Exclusive Colour Pink Gold.

This could be one of reason as such Exclusive colours are not prepared on large quantities.

But be patient, you will enjoy it soon.
