I bought the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra a few days ago because it is a flagship phone with many advanced features. One of the features I was most interested in is Maximum Privacy Display.
However, when I enable this feature, the screen shows a white shadow effect, and the display is not clearly visible. This makes the feature difficult to use and affects the overall experience.
This feature is very useful for privacy, and it is one of the reasons I chose this phone. But right now it feels disappointing, especially after spending money on a premium device.
I hope Samsung will acknowledge this issue and release a fix through a software update as soon as possible so users can properly use this feature.

I am also very surprised that when the “Maximum privacy protection” option is activated, the display appears significantly brighter not only when viewed from the front, but also from the sides, and the color saturation is reduced or flattened. This effect is not visible in Samsung's official product showcase videos or in various other videos (e.g., https://youtu.be/BmAM7mygKp0). Could this be a bug? I would like to see this fixed, otherwise I am very disappointed with the feature.

Thank you for contacting Samsung and for sharing your detailed feedback regarding the Maximum Privacy Display feature on your Galaxy S26 Ultra.

We understand your concern regarding the white shadow effect appearing when the feature is enabled. In some cases, visual changes may occur due to the way the privacy display technology limits viewing angles to enhance screen privacy.

We recommend ensuring that your device software is updated to the latest version by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install, as updates may include improvements related to device features and performance.

Your feedback is important and helps improve future updates and device performance.
