So many glitches while using apps like Instagram and TikTok. When using the camera, the phone glitches and sometimes freezes. Game performance is very bad, especially in PUBG Mobile. Really disappointed with its performance.

  2. Update apps and system software
Settings > Software update > Download and install
  3. Open Galaxy Store/Google Play Store and update all installed apps.
  4. Clear app cache for affected apps

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for the detailed clarification.

We understand your concern, especially after upgrading from a previous device without issues. As you have already performed the standard troubleshooting steps and the problem persists across multiple apps (Instagram, TikTok, PUBG, and camera), this may require further technical inspection.

Kindly ensure the following before proceeding:

  1. Confirm that your device is updated to the latest software version via Settings > Software update > Download and install
  2. Ensure all applications are updated from Galaxy Store and Google Play Store
  3. Reset app preferences via Settings > General management > Reset > Reset app preferences
  4. Test the device in Safe Mode to check if any third-party application is affecting performance
  5. If the issue still persists, we recommend visiting the nearest authorized service center for full diagnostics, as this may be related to system performance or hardware behavior that requires professional inspection.

You can locate the nearest service center through:

I upgraded from an S24 Ultra to an S26 Ultra a few days ago. I'm not a newbie; I've been using Samsung for ages. I didn't have any problems with the S24 Ultra, but I'm facing these issues with the S26 Ultra.
