S26 ultra Gift Tab A11

Well, I was the first person to pre book s26 ultra and first on list with jazz. The moment pre booking started. I redeemed the voucher on on 28th March. 

They said it'll be delivered in two weeks , I contacted them on 7th April , they said it's confirmed will deliver in 1 to 2 week. 

On 17th April, the gift wasn't confirmed. We are confirming it now , contact again after 1 week to get tracking. 

Contacted now ; they said it's confirmed, it'll be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. They don't have tracking number for me. 

I am pretty sure after a week they'll just put another story.

What's the solution to this ?

They will not provide you with tracking number. If it is confirmed, then you will receive after 2 weeks of confirmation. That's how I got it. Funny thing, even after getting it, I again messaged them when I will receive it. They repeated the story, so they don't know anything about dispatch and will repeat the story.
