S26 ultra 1x camera line appears on the screen

Samsung Pakistan has not replaced my new S26 Ultra, which I believe is my right. The device had a hardware issue straight out of the box. I am very disappointed with Samsung Pakistan and Samsung Peshawar.

Have you visited the Samsung service center? Visit the Samsung center, and if they do not claim the warranty, get a written statement from them explaining why they are not repairing the mobile, and then send that written statement to me.

They are repairing it but my right was to replace according to the Samsung policy

Replacing any item in Pakistan is out of question... they will never provide such benefit / service in Paksitan

And when did you visit the Samsung center after getting the mobile?
