S26 Ultra display the real issue isn’t sharpness, It’s the Vividness slider… and yes, it looks broken.

This bar is supposed to boost color vibrancy but in reality?

It does nothing. Worse, once you touch it, the display becomes inconsistent:

• HDR sometimes won’t push properly
• Brightness randomly dims
• Peak brightness feels unreliable

Samsung still hasn’t fixed it after 2 updates.

👉 Advice: keep the Vividness slider OFF
Use Vivid mode normally, just don’t touch that bar.

After 1 month of use, here's the truth:

• Sharpness → already more than enough
• Viewing angles → slightly reduced (likely for efficiency/privacy tuning)
• Anti-glare → a bit weaker vs S25 Ultra when OFF but almost identical when both are ON
• HDR content → brighter, better shadow exposure, more pleasant for watching vs older devices

Samsung fix the slider, fix the experience.
