S26 Ultra - Samsung Care+ Service!!!

I’m trying to activate Samsung Care+ for my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, but I can’t understand why this can’t be done online. 

Why is the service down, and why am I being told I have to go to a Samsung store just to purchase it?

This is really disappointing. In 2026, everything is supposed to be digital and accessible online — yet I’m being asked to visit a physical store for something that should be simple to activate remotely.
