I preordered the S26 Ultra and applied for the free Tab A11 offer. Like many others, I didn’t receive any confirmation call or update for quite some time.

I reached out to Samsung support via live chat today, provided my details, and they manually checked my case. After verification, they confirmed that my gift has now been approved and will be delivered within 2 weeks.

So if you’re still waiting without any response, I’d recommend contacting support directly—they can sort it out.

Yes i have recieved mine.
The online support is pathetic.
They won't tell you any ETOD.
Just expect the delivery guy to randomly knock at your door to deliver the parcel.
Prolly in 2 or 3 ish weeks
