S26 Ultra Battery

Hi everyone, I am using a Samsung S26 Ultra with the original Samsung 45W charger. Someone told me that using a 45W fast charger can damage the battery or reduce battery life over time. Is that true or not? Should I continue using the 45W charger, or is it better to switch to the normal 25W charger for better battery health?

I would like to know your experiences and suggestions. Thanks!
