Reset the network settings
General management home screen.
Step 1. Open Settings > Select General management > Tap Reset.
Reset settings screen.
Step 2. Select Reset mobile network settings.
Reset your SIM Card
Connections home screen.
Step 1. Open Settings > Tap Connections > Select SIM manager.
SIM manager screen.
Step 2. Tap the switch next to SIM 1 > Tap Turn off.
