I just tried to claim my R1,000.00 voucher on the benefits, but it says I am not eligible, yet I have registered and am using the phone.

Any suggestions?

Funny enough, they removed the R1000 voucher everywhere Telkom, Vodacom, think MTN had a R3000 voucher 👀.
