Facing below issues in S25 Ultra :

1. Torch automatically turning on during calls - able to see torch notification in notification panel.. but it is not responding. Double clicking on power button doesn't work either.

2. Automatically date/time changed to Feb 8th this morning (Actaul date/time is March 12th 10:34 AM) - restarted phone and it got sorted.

3. Display not dimming and turning off - screen timeout is set to 15 seconds - by default it should dim and then screen should turn off completely but it is not turning off.

All these happened today! 

FYI - This is not my first Samsung phone. Been using Samsung phone from 2009 - so aware of Samsung UI and phone usage.

I'm sharing these issues here for Samsung support to review :)

Please reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Clear cache of all apps? There are many apps in my phone! Are you asking me to go to each app and clear Cache?

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
