To the Samsung S25 Ultra members I wanted to share this issue I have faced.

In the bast 2 days I have experience and noticed an erro with my Samsung phone the S25 Ultra when I insert a second SIM CARD and made it forward directly to a land line.
When anyone try to call me on my first SIM CARD it's always forward to unreachable and receving SMS message mentions this number called me and I tried to call back but I can't make the call , then I decided to factory formatting and for the second time the same problem aber again so again I did the factory reset and removed the second SIM CARD to avoid this issue. Now it's working fine it same to an software bugs I am assuming That ?

Did any of the members have face issues like that and what is the problem made it happen is it my mistake or it's the software bug made this issue happen

Hi 👋
Thanks for sharing your detailed experience with the S25 Ultra. The way you explained it is very helpful

Based on what you described:

The issue seems to appear only when a second SIM is inserted and call forwarding is set → This points to a possible Dual SIM software bug or a network compatibility issue with your carrier.

The fact that your phone works fine after removing the second SIM suggests it’s not hardware damage.

Factory reset reducing the issue temporarily also indicates it’s not your “mistake” but more likely a software/network handling problem.

What you can try:

1. Make sure your phone is on the latest software update (Samsung often patches such bugs quickly).

2. Try swapping SIM slots (SIM1 ↔ SIM2) to see if the behavior changes.

3. Test with different SIM cards from another carrier to rule out operator-specific settings.

4. Run Samsung Members → Diagnostics → SIM / Network to check for conflicts.

5. If the issue continues, share the log via Samsung Members → Error reports so Samsung’s dev team can look into it.

From your description, this doesn’t sound like a mistake on your side. It’s very possible a software bug in Dual SIM call forwarding is causing the issue.
