I pre-ordered the S25 Ultra Titanium Gray 512GB on January 23rd (In exchange of my S23 Ultra), the very first day of the official announcement. My order moved to "Confirmed" the same day, and the delivery was scheduled for February 8th.

Now, over 15 days later, my order status is still stuck at "Confirmed", with no updates. I’ve reached out to Samsung Expert Support multiple times, but they haven’t provided any clear information—just the usual response: "You'll get an update once it's shipped."

Is anyone else experiencing the same delay?

No, not yet.

I’m still waiting for the delivery, which was originally scheduled for February 8, 2025.

The new delivery date is now February 25, 2025.

I've escalated the issue multiple times, but it seems like the process is moving at a snail’s pace.
