"Hi Haider0077! That standby drain is definitely higher than it should be. Before you think about switching, try checking your Battery Usage in Settings to see if a specific app is staying 'active' in the background. Also, try switching your Performance Profile to 'Light' in Device Care—it helps significantly with battery without slowing the phone down. Lastly, a 'Wipe Cache Partition' often clears up post-setup drain!"

Thank you for contacting Samsung.

Higher battery consumption may occur temporarily after device setup, software updates, or due to background system optimization. Kindly follow the steps below to improve battery performance on your Galaxy S25 Ultra:

  1. Check battery usage
Settings > Battery > View details and review background activity
  2. Enable power optimization
Settings > Battery > Power saving > Enable as needed
  3. Adjust performance profile
Settings > Battery > Performance profile > Select Light
  4. Update device software
Settings > Software update > Download and install
  5. Clear system cache
    Power off the device
Press and hold Volume Up + Side key
When the recovery screen appears, select Wipe cache partition
  6. Restart the device

If required, the device may need inspection. You can locate the nearest service center using the link below:
