Galaxy SThank you for reaching out with your concerns regarding the full-screen display on Instagram and issues with attending calls on your Galaxy S24 FE. These are important issues, and we will do our best to help you resolve them.
Here are some recommended troubleshooting steps for both problems.
Solution for Instagram App Full Screen Issue
This issue is often related to the aspect ratio settings for individual apps.
Check Full Screen App Settings:
Navigate to Settings > Display.
Tap on Full screen apps or a similar option.
Look for Instagram in the list and ensure it is set to Full screen or Show camera cutout.
Clear the App's Cache and Data:
Go to Settings > Apps.
Find and select Instagram.
Tap on Storage and then select Clear cache and Clear data. Please note that clearing data may log you out of your account, so have your login information ready.
Update the Instagram App:
Ensure that your Instagram app is updated to the latest version, as this can often resolve compatibility issues.
Restart Your Device:
A simple restart can often resolve temporary software glitches.
Solution for Call Attend Problem
If you are having trouble receiving or answering calls, here are some steps that can help.
Check for Software Updates:
Ensure your phone's software is up-to-date by going to Settings > Software update and tapping on Download and install.
Reboot Your Device:
Rebooting can resolve temporary network or software problems.
Check Network and SIM Card:
Verify that you have a strong network signal.
Turn off Airplane mode if it is enabled.
Try removing and reinserting your SIM card to ensure it is properly seated and not damaged.
Check Phone Settings:
Make sure that Do not disturb mode is turned off.
Check if you have accidentally blocked the number by going to the Phone app > Settings > Block numbers and ensuring that the "Block unknown/private numbers" option is off and no important numbers are on the block list.
If these steps do not resolve the issues, we recommend using the Samsung Members app to submit an error report. This will provide our technical team with detailed information about your device and help us investigate the issue further. You can also contact our support team directly for more assistance.
