Never buy samsung phones ..  i boughy a s22 from samsung official site and after 1 year started getting green lines on the display after software update. When i called customer care requesting to repair the display  ,i have been  told this cannot be repaired . NO  technician in samsung can help me in repairing  this and i will have to go for display replacement which i need to pay  as my phone is out warranty.when i asked y do i have to pay , for a quality failure which has happend due to the samsung faulty software update and my phone is in good condition apart from the green lines  .they told there is no proof that its due to the update  (which is not true ,  check samsung member app , more than 700 + customers face the issue of green line in the high end galaxy phones ) and as per samsung policy they dont gurantee that this green line wont come as its an electronic device. The customer care people , treated me very badly when i told i cannot pay as i bought the phone for 65 k and its not even 1 year,they told we also cannot go against samsung policy . So if u want go to servicecenter and pay for the screen else do what you want . The executives name is Hema , who claimed hwrself as some higher post in the customer care as i esclated the  case by calling multiple times.

Please dont go for samsung phoned if u r planning to use it for more than 1 year . If its use and throw after 1 year u can go.. until then it will be in good condition

Yes you are right the Samsung company is badly work in our product and they are not work in all type issues the green display is a big issue and company is not realised and all customers are give lot of money to replace it but it is a company default

And it is a scam for customer whose buying Samsung product phones than new generations not by Samsung brands phone it is a good choice for save our money

Samsung service is so bad because there is a green line issue in display the company has not solved and told Service Care Centre it is your problem but it is a software upgrade problem the company is not fixed it decease it is a company default given in the software update green line issue

Never buy Samsung phone there is a more issues in Samsung phones and company is not fix it you give more than money to replace your parts
