I had same problem and I replace the megasave cover

Sometimes the swipe gesture with your palm try to turn it off

Its taking screenshot even I am not touching the screen.

Did you try self-diagnostics and if you have a screen protector did you check it

To assist you further, follow these steps:
1. Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now.
2. Settings -> General management -> Reset -> Reset all settings -> reset.
3. check your device settings to ensure that the double-tap feature on the back of the device for taking screenshots is disabled.

Follow these steps to check :
1. Head into your Settings > Advanced Features.
2. Tap on Motions and gestures.
3. Toggle on Double tap to turn off the screen.

Maybe you previously enabled taking screenshots by tapping the back of the phone?
