S24 ultra is taking screenshot unnecessary. Do anybody having this kind of experiences?

Some time while using WhatsApp or viewing gallery or using other applications it automatically taking screenshot shot. Sample photo attached

Ok. Just ensure to take backup or Sync of main data like contacts, call log, calendar, photos, videos.
Then do full reset.

As you are saying screenshot is being taken automatically without even touching display , I am suspecting some infection also.

That doesn't seem right. You might want to check what applications are installed on your phone. Also try to disable swipe to screenshot feature.

I have checked all my apps. All apps are installed through playstore only. Screenshot is automatically happening even while not touching the screen also.

Disable gesture-based capture: Settings > Advanced features > Motions and gestures > turn off Palm swipe to capture .

Check Good Lock > RegiStar: Disable Back-tap actions or remove Screenshot from double/triple tap mapping .

Review other gesture/apps: If using One Hand Operation+ or similar, ensure no screenshot gesture is configured .

Check for Registar. Mostly an issue with Goodlock module
