S24 ultra overheating

Hi,

I purchased a brand-new S24 Ultra last month, but it is overheating, especially during video calls on mobile data (only in 4G and not 5G). Is this normal for this device?

Hoping to get your reviews in this regard.

Do not use the phone in the charger, limit battery draining background apps, if you will use for long periods of screen time and with sun exposure I'd recommend using power saving to limit processor speed to 70%.
If problems still persist visit your nearest samsung service with your warranty centre and they will hook you up

Thanks for the reply, but I'm not using the phone while charging, and this issue happens indoors at a normal room temperature.

Visit Samsung service center. I think its near Al Falah street.
