As in my earlier post i mentioned that i already submitted the form for the buds 2 pro and got no call and comtacted the call center many times and they said i will recieve the call soon. But then i contacted the whatsapp support and they said my form is not submitted at all.
This is not professional behaviour at all from samsung pakistan.
I have been a samsung user from the start but now I am really regretting buying a samsung over an apple.
