I filled the form on march 7 but still haven't received my call. I called customer support but they were of no help as well. Can anyone guide me will i get the call or not?
Okay Aadi, i am sharing my experience may be it will help, instead of calling them contact them on whatsapp. I have submitted my form on 6th of March and afterwards nobody from samsung contacted. Yesterday, i-e, on 15th march i contacted with them on whatsapp number which i found on their official website. It took me almost 2 hours to get connected with samsung representative. I told him my details he checked in their system and told me that i would be getting the call very soon. and today i got the call. As per my experience on call these agents hardly guide you in correct way, on chat they most of the time, give you prompt help.
Please do not wait for their call, as it is unlikely that they will contact you. This is a common occurrence in Pakistan. Instead, I recommend that you contact the call center directly to inquire about the confirmation call. If possible, please attempt to schedule the call for the same day. 0800 7267864
