I did some testing and troubleshooting and came to below conclusions 
  • There are things we need to know about samsungs image processing.
  • Samsung camera assistant app is having certain glitches.
  • If you uninstall the samsung camera assistant, the default camera settings will just crop the main sensor image to 5x if the subject is too close, hence no image shift
  • If you click the images keeping the auto lense switching off in the samsung camera assistant, the camera will use the lenses as intented by the user, hence the image shift due to physical place of lenses.
I am starting to feel like this is not a hardware issue but a constraint which can not be dealt with due to physical limitations. The animations could have been better though.

Okay so if thats the case then why samsung is issuing DOA certificates to such devices & also why all models don't have this?
And why Samsung officials acknowledged that this was known issue and was identified after the production of 1st lot of devices & it was delivered to early buyers?
Any explanation on that ?

As mine device is from 2nd batch that is Jan Batch but still have same issue.

Hi i dont know the reality behind this but i too have this issue only on close subject photo capture and i am currently in the service center here in banglore, luckily the samsung factory agent from delhi was here in the banglore service center for his daily vist and quoted the following :
Samsung india is well aware of this reports and the MSC that has issued the DOA has been fined the entire amount of the phone since it is not a hardware issue "

Really i dont know if he is lying or not--

I never installed camera assistant app but still the issues persists, what's your comments on this and how to fix it?
