Can a samsung s24 ultra bought in hong kong support esim. In sim manager the option to add it is not visible,so does it mean its not supported

Go to About phone, if you don't see IMEI for e-sim, then you device doesn't support e-sim check attachment

If your phone was bought from mainland China, then it doesn't support esim no matter who you contact. It's due to government regulations in that region. Hard luck 🙏

Seems if it doesn't have an EID number it doesn't support esim. By darling *#06# you will be able to see if the EID is there or not
