Brother download Samrt Switch app in your phone and Also I pc Connect with USB cable and open Smart Switch app on Pc you automatically connected to it and There the software shows latest update and do update,,,,,
If it isn't working then go your nearest Samaung Service centre they will install for no cost 👍
