S24 Ultra with bad camera

Sorry to tell you that you have the worest service team in Dubai.

i have bought your legendry phone and the most expensive one thouting that I am dealing with a company ycares about its brands and its customers, but unfortunately i was surprised by the truth and found after years of loyalty yo have no loyalty to us and you dont care about your customers and you only care about how many phone you sold.
a bought S24 Ultra Serial No (R5CX149479W) just 2 months ago and when i use the video camera the video saved blurry and unclear. it was tested by the serivece center and the camera was changed , but still have the same issue. the phone has an internal issue not from the camera. the phone still at your servec center and i am not going to collected it untill you fix this issue or you change it.

i have visited the service center during the 2 months m4ore than 4 times and each time it takes few days to find the issue. 

i think we are losing our money at those products which companies dosent take care of there loyal customers.

Sry to know this, I understand. Actually s24 ultra is a camera degrade. The software is not yet optimized fully. I guess this may be fixed in upcoming OneUI 7. Hope for the best.

Problem is, they cannot simply put oneui 7 camera fixes. Thenonenui 7, requires the oneui6.1.1 based as prerequisite condition. The problem is that new google phones are coming, new iphones arw coming, and samsung is stupid to hold back the patch. The patch is ready and done but for an unknown reason, samsung is holding it back. pire strategically samsung is stupid to hold it back. If new google phones and iphone come out before the patch, because Samsung is lagging and slacking, samsung will lose strategical position and will play catch up to the competition.

If samsung stops being stupid, and releases the patch now, they will not be playing catch up and will make other brands to play catch up to samsung.

Is Samsung going to be smart and release the patch sooner, rather than later? Not likely. Is samsung going to be stupid and release the patch too late? Most likely yes.
