Hi
I bought the new S24 ULTRA and I see it has a update worldwide that fixes some issues.
Sadly as before I see South Africa has not received this yet. I am also the owner of a iPhone 15 Pro Max. The iPhone is always updated and secured and patched. Why does samsung in SA always take their time with security and fixes? We pay the same as other countries. Seriously.
If you want to keep me as a customer or chase me back to my iPhone would be up to your software updates being on time.

Samsung South Africa dont give a **bleep** about their customers. Customer support does not exist with them. Having the top of the range phone, the s24 series, you would think updates would be priority on them. Nope, not according to them

So how do I change my.software to get my Canadain updates. I don't have my.simcard here. They surely have the updates now?
