S24 Ultra buds2pro confirmation call

I have submitted my voucher on 7 march and yet i didn't receive the confirmation call from Samsung pakistan.

Already called support 2 times in the gap of a week, they told me that "they are putting me in the priority list" but still to no avail. 

However they confirmed me that they didn't call me yet and to still wait for the call because they are doing this in sequence based. 

I don't know who to trust anymore
