Galaxy SKindly try to reset the network settings from the device settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings. CAUTION: This menu deletes all the network information such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. And, try to uninstall the SIM card, and reinstall it again. Otherwise, visit the service provider.

Galaxy SMoreover this is happening when I am accessing data via sim
Moreover it can me that both sim provider has same issue, something with compatability issues of sim that samsung should look at please
