In my divice Google Play system still not Update received. From last 3 month.

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We want to inform you that currently, it is intended behaviour that the Google Play System Update (GPSU) does not work on some Samsung Android 15 devices. This issue is due to Samsung's policy and consultations with Google. The blocked updates will be resumed soon at the appropriate time for each device.

Please also note that critical fixes have been preloaded with support from Google. We appreciate your understanding and ask you to keep the current status in mind.
