Make sure Bluetooth is on in your phone.
Once you connected to the headphone, go to settings, connection , Bluetooth and tap on the settings icon of your headset. And check if audio is enabled.

Ensure that both YouTube and WhatsApp are updated to the latest versions from the respective app stores.
6. Clear App Cache:
Clear the cache for the YouTube and WhatsApp apps. This can be done through the app settings on your device.
7. Software Update:
Ensure that your device has the latest software update installed. You can check for updates in the Settings app under "Software Update."
Also, please make sure that your buds is compatible with your smart phone.
Sometimes reconnecting the buds after putting the it back in the case and closing works.
Sometimes i have to switch off bluetooth and switch on.
