In Samsung Members app, go to support tab, phone diagnostic and tap Bluetooth to test the Bluetooth.
Make sure Bluetooth is on in your phone.
Once you connected to the headphone, go to settings, connection , Bluetooth and tap on the settings icon of your headset. And check if audio is enabled.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. To troubleshoot the headphone connectivity issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Try Different Headphones:
Test the device with a different set of headphones to determine if the issue persists. This will help us understand whether the problem lies with the headphones or the device.

2. Restart Your Device:
Perform a soft reset by restarting your device. This can often resolve temporary glitches affecting audio output.

3. Check App Permissions:
Verify that the YouTube and WhatsApp applications have the necessary permissions to access audio. Navigate to your device settings, locate the respective app, and ensure all required permissions are granted.

4. Buds Software Update:
If you are using Samsung Buds, make sure they have the latest firmware update. You can check for updates through the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone.

5. App Updates:
Ensure that both YouTube and WhatsApp are updated to the latest versions from the respective app stores.

6. Clear App Cache:
Clear the cache for the YouTube and WhatsApp apps. This can be done through the app settings on your device.

7. Software Update:
Ensure that your device has the latest software update installed. You can check for updates in the Settings app under "Software Update."

Also, please make sure that your buds is compatible with your smart phone.

This happened with me too. After a call is made or received, the media will stop playing or it will play without any sound.
Sometimes reconnecting the buds after putting the it back in the case and closing works.
Sometimes i have to switch off bluetooth and switch on.

Started after one ui 6 update. Still no permanent fix.
