S23FE still hasn't updated to OneUi 6

I just bought a phone second hand and it's stuck on OneUi 5.1 I've tried everything to update it with no luck. Any suggestions?

Hi is the csc from your region? What does service provider software version in settings read? Usually if you're using a device from a regiong different, your device might not update but there are ways around it

Factory reset the phone.
