S23FE No Updates

It's been almost a year since I have gotten the Samsung S23 FE and I have still not received any updates. This is absolutely shocking. Fater countless emails and messages to the Samsung team, there has been no progress. They have always said that it will come in a "batch" however my phone has not received an update since September 2023. I have tried everything including updating through Smart Switch on PC however still no update. What can I do? Is it possible to return this horrible phone? I have had enough.

Check in Settings. Follow this direction in Settings.

Software Update > Download and Install.

That's odd. Can you attach a screenshot at the end of this direction in Settings.

About phone > Software Information.

Go on Galaxy Store > Menu > Updates.

Update all. You might see Software Update there.

Unfortunately nothing there either. Only my browser had an update available
