S23 ultra power saving mode is not turning off automatically

Once the the phone is fully charged the power saving mode is not turning off automatically.

Power saving mode on/off is manual. If you want to automate it, you can add a routine from settings.

Go to Modes and Routines, Add a routine like below.

Power saving mode does not switch off manually, you need to switch on/ off from device settings or from quick panel
