Hello,

We are sorry for this inconvenience, you may note that third-party apps can cause random or constant reboots on your device. Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue.

Kindly try to Clear Cache for the whole device, by noting that no data will be deleted, following the below steps:

1) Turn off the device.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the power button.

3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.

4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".

5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.

6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

Make sure that the device is updated to the latest software from settings - software update.

And check whether the same issue occurs whilst your phone is in Safe Mode. If it does not, it would indicate that a third-party app might be contributing to this, and then you can identify and uninstall said app.

Kindly try to enter your device in the Safe Mode, by following these steps:

1 Turn the device off by holding the Power button until the option to Power Off appears on the screen.

2 Press and Hold the Power and the Volume Down buttons at the same time, to turn the device on.

3 You will now be able to see Safe Mode down near the bottom left of the screen.
