After latest update (21-9-24, when updating) my phone is completly useless. It crashes all the time, it even crashes when rebooting, nothing works, open snapchat, phone crashes, open Spotify, phone crashes, phone reboots, phone crashes multible times. I cant do anything. First update from 3 months ago got me a yellow/green tint on screen. Update after that didnt fix the screen, but now the camera had problems when between 16x and 19x zoom. Then this update comes, and I hoped it was all fixed, but no. All the problems still there. And now my phone keeps crashing. And phone is lagging and really slow. Every single update has made my phone worse. For the love of god fix it. I cant fricking use my phone...

Just did, and holy **bleep** that was the most useless and arrogant person I have ever seen. Take phone to workshop. Cant, they are several hours away. Too bad, you have to. Well I cant, I dont have another phone either that I can use while this one gets send in. Too bad, go to workshop, and then closes conversation

We're sorry for the inconvenience, please try the below steps:

Safe Mode: Boot your device into Safe Mode to determine if the issue is caused by third-party apps. To do this, press and hold the Power button, then press and hold the Power off option until you see the Safe Mode prompt. Tap "Safe Mode" and check if the issue still appear.

If the issue persists, try running Safe Mode on your phone by following these steps:
1. Power off the phone.
2. Power on the phone; when the Galaxy logo displays, press and hold the Volume Down button.
3. 'Safe Mode' will appear in the bottom left corner of the screen.
