S23 ultra Software update problem one ui 8 android 16

23 oct morning I checked and my S23 Ultra got an update of Android 16 and One UI 8, so I put it to download, After downloading, I formatted the phone and then tried to install the update, but the downloaded update is not visible and is not being downloaded again. today morning when I checked it, it is showing Android 15 and One UI 7 and it is showing your phone is up to date. 

What's the issue ???

First u have to install that update and than format it
But u doing wrong
