Hi everyone. I bought s23 ultra last month. Since i bought I'm facing network problem like when other people call me the can't reach me just getting message not available but my phone is working after that i consult with samsung they did re-install 2 times after that few days mobile working properly but againg I'm facing same issue. Went many times to samsung care even call them many time but they just ignor. Please advice guys what to do.thanx
I was using before also samsung device never face this issue and other thing when i went to samsung care center after diagnosed they found have issue in the mobile and they re installed the operating software 3 times so i lost my data too.i can make call but when i call phone network turn to 4g or lower.
Kindly make sure that the phone is updated to the last software update, you should try to reset the network settings from the device settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings. CAUTION: This menu deletes all the network information such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. Otherwise, you should visit the service center for further investigations.
Dear i did reset And samsung service center already 3 times reinstall the software and did update but still same issue.my device was under return police that time so i asked for make report and i can replace the device for better cause i paid for new and suffering since i bought but they didn't. I regret to bought this device. No idea what to do now no one making solid solution from samsung even i sent many emails to CEO. I'm working i UAE so don't have time everyday go to samsung store.hope someone help me after ready here
