I am facing green line issue in my galaxy S 23 phone after updating in December 2024 first time it was evident but after some time it was disappeared, but now it is again visible on my phone in right side. Does S 23 falls in free screen replacement program or not how this problem can be resolved.
Yes I got issue 1 week back.I went service center and situation is same. They are saying not possible for free replacement as it was not under free replacement policy. How to move forward, we should fight and get it done.
I have a similar issue. after recent update i got green line for couple of hours and then it disappeared. Samsung is offering free replacement in their older models, but for s23 they are denying to do this. I've been a Samsung user for past 10 years,think it's time to move on
