I am using an S23 device. Now, two green lines appear on the display. I visited a service center, but because it is out of warranty, they could not help. The handset has no physical damage, and this issue did not originate from my side. I tried to contact customer care, but I was connected to other sections many times. I was never connected to the mobile section. They arranged a callback, but I have not received one yet.

The S23 series green line issue is not admitted by Samsung as a widespread problem and hence no free replacement after the warranty period. You can mail it to servicehead.in@samsung.com and ask for a free replacement as it has arrived after the software update, not by your fault.
