S23 dark mode greyish

Bought S23 in May 2024. In dark mode colors aren't actually true dark but they are greyish. I can easily see grey patchy background. 

I'm using Vivid middle between cool and warm, no eye comfort sheild. 

Display in interms of hardware is proper. But UI isn't able to launch black properly.
