Is there anyone experience slow Internet performance on S23 Ultra. It keeps on crashing with unable to load message,lag in playing videos in YT and Instagram reels. Which was perfectly fine until 24th July
Same settings, same network did restarting.already but no change.
Kindly make sure that the phone is updated to the last software update, and you should try to reset the network settings from the device settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings. CAUTION: This menu deletes all the network information such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. Otherwise, you should check the matter in the service center.
