Yasterday my s23 ultra fall down from 15 cm hight hitting office rounded table corner and cracked, Iam using orginal wallet case and nano screen protactor. How that can happen easly the carck occured on the screen side corner,
My s23ultra has genuine case and screen protector and from a minor drop yesterday the corner of the screen has cracked. This is not good enough for a phone that is being sold as being tough and durable.
the same thing happened to me, I purchased S23 Ultra in Feb 2023 and its screen cracked from the top left side even with a Samsung silicon cover. I have been a Samsung Galaxy series user since the S3 model and this time it looks fragile screen. I have never observed a similar thing in past models.
I've just had the same experience. My phone fell out of my pocket while sitting in a chair. It fell no more than 30-40cms and the screen is completely ruined. The Crack is also in the bottom right corner of the screen (Like almost everyone else's). This small drop has caused the screen to not work at all. Completely Blank now. There definitely seems to be a defect around this bottom right corner. Please help us loyal samsung customers out..
I have to have this phone because of the stylus... I hate the phone because the screen ... cracked on the edge in my pocket... Didn't drop it... This is the second one... The other one cracked from a 3 foot drop....i had an the Notes from the first one... The ones with the curved screen are the worst.... Don't buy it if you unless you have to have the stylus...
I was so disappointed to win two days after I purchased my Samsung S 23 and had a screen protector put on at the T-Mobile store. My phone cracked after just falling out of my pocket less than 6 inches very disappointing for $1200 phone.
