S23 Ultra one UI 8 update

I am not able to download the one UI 8 update. The phone is going on a restart loop. Is anyone facing issue for S23 Ultra?

Same here with my S23 Ultra. One UI 8 is available for download since yesterday on my phone, and when I tried to install it, my phone went into a boot loop at 96%. It stayed like that for about two hours.

After searching online, I found a solution that might work for you: turn off your wifi and disable the automatic update download option if you have it turned on. No more boot loops after I did that.

I tried a few times to download the update manually after that, but my phone reset itself (though thankfully not into a boot loop) every time I tried. So I guess no updates for me for a while 😅 I'd rather have my phone working properly than risk breaking it. I can get a new device later, though
