To assist you in troubleshooting the issues, we recommend the following steps:
Reset Network Settings:
Navigate to device settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Please be cautious, as this action will delete all network information such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings.
Clear Cache for the Good Lock App:
Go to settings > apps > Good Lock App.
Select "Storage" and then "Clear Cache."
Resolve App's Animation Issue:
Option 1: Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Settings.
Option 2: Go to Settings > Apps > Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select "Reset App Preferences."
Option 3: Go to Settings > Advance Features > Enable "Reduce Animation."
