S23 Ultra locked

I was locked out of my new S23 Ultra coz I don't know the phone PIN...which I never setup, I had used the fingerprint option but now I want to unlock my cellphone without losing the data....please help. Is there a default PIN or something?

I used an alphabetical pin....but the phone is not giving me an option to enter the alphabetical pin only asking for numerical pin....why? How?

Thats so bad, try to switch it off then on again

But if I reset, I will lose all my data on the phone....I'm trying not to lose it coz silly me didn't bother backing up 😩

No keyboard, only the numerical keypad....the thing is that the code I remember doesn't work so it has to be the alphabetical pin I inserted but it doesn't give me the option to insert that
