S23 Ultra S pen 🖊 couldn't connect issue

Dear All,

I am experiencing a technical issue with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra running One UI 6.1. While watching videos or using YouTube, I am repeatedly prompted with an error message stating that the S Pen cannot connect. When I click on the error message, it takes me to the S Pen settings, where it shows that the S Pen is already connected and inserted in the phone. This issue persists even after multiple S Pen resets.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue and found a solution? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions to resolve this problem.

Yep, I use book cover for my S23 Ultra phone. That cover has a middle magnet. However, how it's intract the S Pen 🖊 and the S Pen and Megnet both are opposite. It's has any possibilities?

We apologize for this inconvenience , can you try these steps:

- Tap the notification then allow permission of ‘nearby devices'.
- Go to Settings > Advanced features > S Pen > Air Action.
- Tap on More (3 vertical dots), then choose Reset S Pen then Allow ‘Nearby devices’ permission.
- Allow permissions of Air command app regarding ‘Nearby devices’ and ‘Physical activity’.
- Try to test the SPen through the member app
- Try to remove all the accessory or cover from the device
