Hello. 

I've received my S23 Ultra pre order. I've tried to register for the free samsung plus +2 years.

But it was asking for a payment of 200 AED.

Can someone please advise ?

Kindly note that If you've ordered the device from the website as pre-order, you will get the 2 years activated on the 1st of March after receiving the activation email from Samsung.
