Hello. 
I've received my S23 Ultra pre order. I've tried to register for the free samsung plus +2 years.
But it was asking for a payment of 200 AED.
Can someone please advise ?

Hi, did you pre-order the phone online or in-store? I did it in store and they had to register the Samsung Care on my behalf. When you collected the phone from the store, did they make a note or take the sticker with details of your IMEI number? They need this for the registration. It took about a week for mine to work, then I got an email confirmation and can see it on this app

Hi Dannii, I ordered mine from the samsung website. And they delivered the next day. Which is/was today.

Ah ok. They should've told you the process. Maybe wait a week or try contact customer services to query it. Don't try purchase it yourself as I doubt they will give you a refund.

I'm having this same issue, no response from Samsung, I'm really disappointed with their customer service.

I asked their chat agent yesterday and he told me by 1st March it will be automatically activated. Lets wait and see
