very very very disappointing service from Samsung.

I've paid Rs.560000 in advance and now it's about 45 days but I haven't received my phone yet.

Sounds very unprofessional

According to some sources, Samsung Pakistan management has delayed the S23 deliveries deliberately due to high expenses (i.e. Cost of phone + PTA Tax + Buds 2 pro + Samsung Care 1 Year). The estimated cost for all this is gonna cost the company more than PKR 560000/-. Thats why they are thinking of increasing the price.
No official message/update from the Samsung management on the deliveries of S23 series and price increase till now.

Already cancelled my order. Buy non PTA S23 Ultra 512 GB from local market for 325K. Your sim works for 4 months. After that, you can pay for your PTA tax.
